Reviews policy

• We ask every customer for a review once their shutters are fitted, whether or not we expect it to be glowing.
• We never pay for reviews or offer anything in return for one.
• We never write reviews ourselves, and we don't edit, hide or remove genuine reviews.
• We reply to reviews, good and bad.
• We only ask people who have actually had shutters from us, and we watch for reviews that don't match a real job.
• Where we show a rating, we show the overall rating and number of reviews from the source, not hand-picked reviews, and we keep it up to date.
• If you think a review about us is fake, email hello@hushshutters.com and we'll look into it and report it to the review site.
• Ratings we show for Bristol Windows and Doors, the window and door business run by the same team, are that business's reviews. They are always labelled with that business's name and linked to the source, and never presented as reviews of Hush Shutters.
