10 years on the shutters
Our composite shutters are guaranteed for 10 years against colour fade and manufacturing faults.
3 years on the invisible tilt
If you choose invisible tilt, the mechanism hidden inside the panel is guaranteed for 3 years.
1 year on hinges and hardware

Our fitting
We fit every shutter ourselves. If anything about our fitting isn't right, we come back and put it right, free.
If anything needs adjusting in the first year, we come back free. After that, a visit to adjust a shutter, or repair one for a reason our guarantee doesn't cover, is £95 (VAT included) plus any parts. Anything the guarantee covers is always free, and your legal rights are not affected. Looking after your shutters →
The guarantee does not cover damage from misuse. The full wording comes with your quote.
The guarantee: your questions
Who gives the guarantee?
We do. It is Hush Shutters' own guarantee, so you deal with us, not a factory.
How do I make a claim under the guarantee?
Email hello@hushshutters.com or ring 07576 452603 and tell us which shutter and what the problem is.
Does the guarantee affect my legal rights?
No. Your shutters must be of satisfactory quality, as described, and fitted with reasonable care and skill. If they are not, you are entitled to have it put right: depending on the fault and when it shows, that can mean a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Your legal rights are not affected by our guarantee.
Do white shutters go yellow?
Our composite shutters are guaranteed for 10 years against colour fade, so if white shutters discolour in that time, we put it right free.
